When you provide your mobile number and book or request a service, you agree to receive text messages from Dream Steam Cleaners related to your service, including appointment confirmations and reminders, arrival and job updates, quotes, invoices, payment links, customer support replies, and review requests, and we do not send unrelated marketing texts without your separate consent. Message frequency varies based on your service activity, and most customers receive a few messages per appointment, such as a confirmation, a reminder, an arrival notice, and an invoice. Message and data rates may apply, those rates are determined by your mobile carrier and plan, and consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from text messages, after which you will receive one final message confirming your request and no further texts will be sent unless you opt back in, which you can do at any time by texting us or booking a new service.
